Department of Journalism and Mass Communication of Daffodil International University organized a prize giving ceremony at the seminar room of the department. Founder Vice-Chancellor & Emeritus Professor of Daffodil International University Professor Dr. Aminul Islam was present on the occasion as the chief guest. Presided over by Ms. Ameena Islam, Head, Department of JMC the function was also addressed by Professor Dr. M Golam Rahman, Dean, Faculty of Humanities and Social Science, Professor Dr. M. Sakhawat Ali Khan, Adviser of the Department of JMC.  The whole program was conducted by Mr. Muhammed Rashedul Hasan, Lecturer.

From this semester the department of Journalism and Mass Communication took the initiative to award the students considering their outstanding performance in class attendance and academic result.

Professor Dr. M. Golam Rahman declared from now and on ward Dean’s Award will be awarded after every semester for the outstanding performance by the students of the department of Journalism and Mass Communication.

Mst. Tanzina Afrin Eva bearing Student ID- 101-24-177 achieved Dean’s Award of the Semester for her outstanding performance both in 100% attendance and best academic results obtaining A+ in all four subjects of the semester.
