Human Resource Development Institute (HRDI) of Daffodil International University and UTSHA Training Institute of Sonography and Health Allied Ltd (UTSHA) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 21 August 2016.

Under this MoU, HRDI and UTSHA will work together to develop skilled professionals on Medical Ultra Sound. HRDI will extend quality assurance services to various UTSHA courses and issue certificates for the same. In particular, HRDI will carry out quality assurance of the programs in terms of faculty recruitment, teaching contact hours, reviewing course materials, training facilities and assessing certification process.
The MOU was signed by Mr. Feroz Mahmud, Director, HRDI and Dr. Jahanara Akhtar, Chairman, UTSHA in presence of Prof. Dr. Yousuf M. Islam, Vice Chancellor, Mr. Mr. Hamidul Haque Khan Treasurer, Professor Dr. Engr. A. K. M. Fazlul Hoque, Registrar and Dr. Md. Shahjahan, Head, Department of Public Health of Daffodil International University. From UTSHA Dr. Sahedul Islam Kaosar, Principal along with other senior officials of the institute witnessed the ceremony.
