Daffodil International University has participated the ‘12th AUAP-DHC General Conference 2016’ held on November 7-9, 2016 at Novotel Ambassador Daegu, Deagu, South Korea. The conference was organized by the Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP) and hosted by Daegu Health College, South Korea. The delegation team was comprised with Mr. Mohamed Emran Hossain (Director, Administration) & Mr. Md. Abdullah-Al-Mamun Badshah (Senior Administrative Officer, Office of the Chairman, BoT) of Daffodil International University.

During this conference, DIU has increased networking & collaboration with more than 40 universities around the world by which students and faculty members will get opportunities of students & faculty exchange, credit transfer summer camp etc.

The conference activities was included with key note speech, seminar, round table discussion, 40th AUAP Executive Board Meeting, 12th AUAP General Assembly Meeting, AUAP Board Member Inaugural Ceremony, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing program, visit to Daegu Art Museum, Daegu Health College (DHC) campus Tour, visit POSCO (Pohang Iron and Steel Company), Bulguksa Buddhist Temple etc.

AUAP is the sister concern of International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) founded in 1995. AUAP is playing a vital role in collaboration of universities around the world and DIU is one of the proud members of AUAP and joining regular program of AUAP.
