Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Board of Trustees of Daffodil International University (DIU) has joined at the 23rd Convocation of Panpacific University, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, North Philippines as Convocation Speaker and delivered Convocation Speech held on 16th of April 2016, at the PUNP premises where 3000 participants and 1000 plus graduates were present. Md. Sabur Khan was invited and visited PUNP as the Guest of Honour and the Convocation Speaker. Mrs. Shahana Khan, Member, Board of Trustees, DIU and Principal, Daffodil International School was accompanied with him during the visit. In honour of Mr. Khan, a lot of billboards and hoardings were set to the prime locations of the streets in Philippines. He was honored with a crest by Dr. Rhonda T. Padilla,  President, PUNP, during the convocation.
