3D Printer inaugurated today at Multimedia and Creative Technology Department of Daffodil International University.Mr. Mustafa Jabbar, Former President of Bangladesh Computer Samity and Multimedia Expert inaugurated the printer as the chief guest. Mahbub Ul haque Majumder, Dean, FSIT, Prof. Dr. Golam Maowla Chowdhury, Controller of Examinations, Prof. Dr. Syed Akter Hossain, Head, CSE Department, Prof. Dr. Md. Kabirul Islam, Arif Ahmed, Associate Professor, Md. Anowar Habib Kazal, Senior Assistant Director ( Public Relations) , Faculty members and a large number of students of Daffodil International University were present at the inaugural ceremony.

With this 3D Printer the students will be able to shape any 3D Model developed by 3ds Max and Autodesk Maya Software into a real substance to be used in practical. Students of Multimedia and Creative Technology Department of Daffodil International University will get the opportunity to learn 3D Modeling and producing real substance accordingly using this 3D Printer. Students will be able to prepare 3D Models as per requirement of clients with this printer. Filaments like Plastic, wood and metal will be used instead of paper in this printer.
