"Project Fair-2011"

A project fair was held on October 08, 2011 at Daffodil International University (DIU) organized by Human Resource Development Institute at the Lounge of Admin Building. Altogether 8 teams both in Junior and Senior group  participated in the fair.

These projects were all Excel based. The students used Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) with Excel to produce complete applications. Prof. Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman, Vice Chancellor,  Daffodil International University was present at the closing ceremony of the " Project Fair" and distributed prizes among the winners. Dr. A.K.M. Fazlul Haque, Adjunct Professor, Dr. Yousuf M. Islam, Executive Director, HRDI, Professor Dr. Syed Akter Hossain, Head, CSE Department, Prof. Dr. M. Ismail Jabiullah, Head, Department of Software Engineering Department also attended the fair.

Earlier Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Board of Trustees, Daffodil International University inaugurated the "Project Fair" and visited different projects and was very pleased to see students performance in completing in-course projects. He appreciated the high quality work done by the students. He said that students learned a lot by doing projects in their courses. He discussed and shared the benefit of giving in-course projects to students.
