DIU EEE students visited different Engineering installations of Atomic Energy Centre

A group of 18 students of the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Daffodil International University led by Professor Dr. Engr A. K. M. Fazlul Hoque made a industrial visit to the different Engineering installations, machine shops, and laboratories of Engineering interests of Atomic Energy Centre, Dhaka (AECD) on 26 July 2011. This was a part of their academic program. They visited the 3 MV Van de Graaff accelerator laboratories also. In addition to the electrical sub-station equipment such as transformers, switch gear, feeders, etc. The students had the opportunity to acquire practical knowledge and experience on different types of electrical machines, workshop machineries, high voltage equipment, control equipment etc. through this visit
