Professor Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam, Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University addressing at the workshop on "Sharing Experience on Quality Assurance in Higher Education: Thailand and Malaysia Perspective"
Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Daffodil International University (DIU) organized a workshop session naming, "Sharing Experience on Quality Assurance in Higher Education: Thailand and Malaysia Perspective" at Daffodil Tower-5 of Daffodil International University on 28 December, 2015. The workshop was arranged in view to share the experiences of Director and Additional Director of IQAC, DIU of their visit to Thailand and Malaysia. In visiting those countries, they have been able to enrich their knowledge on Quality Assurance in Higher Education. In the workshop, they have focused on various topics like Introduction to Quality Assurance, Governance, Tools for Development (Enhancing Delivery), Quality Measurement, Higher Education Challenges, Industry Connect, Quality Assurance Systems. Professor Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam, Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University remains present at the workshop as session chair. Amongst others Deans, Heads of different departments and members of all Self-Assessment committee were also present to attend this important workshop on quality assurance in higher education.
The workshop was fruitful as the Director of IQAC, DIU Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali and Additional Director of IQAC, DIU Professor Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain shared the different dimension of quality assurance in perspective of Thailand and Malaysia which would help stakeholders related with IQAC for performing better observing benchmark of those two countries.
