Kabir Ahmed Bhuiyan, President, IEB, was Chief Guest in the seminar, while Special Guest was Engr. Md. Nuruzzaman, Vice-President (HRM), IEB and the session Chair was Eng. Md. Hamidul Hoque, PEng., Chaiman, Electrical Engineering Division, IEB.
