First Get Together Program-2015 of Industrial Engineering & Planning Division-Daffodil Textile Alumni organized by the Department of Textile Engineering of Daffodil International University (DIU) was held today on November 13, 2015 at DIU Auditorium.
Professor Dr. M. ShamsulAlam, Dean, Faculty of Engineering of Daffodil International University was present at the program as Chief Guest while Professor Dr. S.M. Mahbub-Ul- Haque Majumder, Professor & Founding Head, Department of Textile Engineering and Dean, Faculty of Science and Information Technology of Daffodil International University was also present at the program as Guest of Honor.

Presided over by Mr. Tanvir Ahmed Chowdhury, Assistant Professor, Department of Textile Engineering (TE) of DIU, the program was also addressed among others by ProfessorDr. Md. Mahbubul Haque, Head of the Department of Textile Engineering, Professor Dr. Engr. Md. Saifur Rahman, Mr. Md. Azharul Islam, Senior Lecturer, Mr. Md. Mominur Rahman, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Textile Engineering and Mr. Md. Shah Sultan, IE Executive, Esquire Group & Ex-Student from the Department of TE, DIU.
Addressing as the Chief Guest Professor Dr. M. Shamsul Alam, said Daffodil Textile graduates already have proved their skills, potentiality and competence not only at home but also in abroad. He emphasized on creating and uphold the strong bonding among Daffodil Textile Alumni.
Professor Dr. S.M. Mahbub-Ul Haque Majumder said that Daffodil Textile Alumni are in positive mode in every sphere of Textile and clothing sector of Bangladesh. He also hoped that the graduates would capture the top position of the industries very soon.

The program was conducted by Mr. Nazmul Azam Palash, Senior Executive, Giant Group & Ex-Student from the Department of Textile Engineering of Daffodil International University.
A total of 150 Daffodil Textile Alumni were present at the get together program.
