Professor Dr. Yousuf M. Islam, Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. S. M. Mahbub Ul Haque Majumder, Dean, FSIT of Daffodil International University along with other faculty members are visiting the Project Fair at Daffodil International University after inauguration.
Students of EEE department won the 1st and 2nd prizes in the 14th Course Project Fair (CPF) held at Daffodil International University today on October 20, 2015 at DIU Auditorium organized by Human Resources Development Institute (HRDI).
Professor Dr. Yousuf M. Islam, Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University inaugurated the Project Fair. Prof. Dr. S. M. Mahbub Ul Haque Majumder, Dean, Faculty of Science and Information Technology (FSIT), Dr. Md. Kabirul Islam, Head, Department of Multimedia & Creative Technology, Dr. Touhid Bhuyan, Head, Department of Software Engineering and other faculty members of FSIT were present at the inaugural ceremony.
While addressing among the participants Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Yousuf M. Islam emphasized on the needs and benefits of the Course Project Fair. He said, this type of semester wise Course Project Fair (CPF) provides an opportunity for in-course projects to be showcased in front of both the students and the teachers of Daffodil International University. Professor Dr. Yousuf M. Islam was very pleased to see student’s innovative projects and appreciated the high quality work done by the students. He said that students learn a lot by doing projects in their courses. He discussed the benefit of giving in-course projects to students.
