Mr. Feroz Mahmud
Mr. Feroz Mahmud has joined as Director at Human Resources Development Institute (HRDI) of Daffodil International University (DIU) on 01 September 2015. Before joining at DIU he had been working as Management Consultant & Adjunct Faculty at DIU and Bangladesh University. He has sound background with 25 years record of progressive achievement in growth for two of the worlds largest IT companies- IBM (13 years) and Microsoft (7.5 years). He was the Chief Operating Officer of BUILD Bangladesh – an organization supported by World Bank (IFC), DFID and European Union, responsible for making recommendation to the Gov’t of Bangladesh for business policy reform and process simplification to create a business friendly investment climate in Bangladesh. He has achieved his Bachelor degree from BUET in 1989. Mr. Feroz is experienced in international business environment and worked in Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia and Canada.
During his long service life he received many national and international awards like Best Microsoft group Award in 2011, Best Microsoft subsidiary Award ( within a group of 40 countries) in 2010, IBM Country Award for BPCS ( ERP) implementation project management in 2006, IBM Professional Achievement Award 1999 and many others.
