A seminar on “Qualitative Versus Quantitative Research” in higher education was jointly organized by the Department of Business Administration and Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Daffodil International University (DIU) held on August 26, 2015 at DIU Digital Class Room.

Professor Rafiqul Islam, Dean, Faculty of Business and Economics of Daffodil International University (DIU) was present at the program as Chief Guest while Dr. Hafiz T. A Khan, International Advisor and Professor, DIU was present at the program as Key Note Speaker. Presided over by Mr. Md. Masum Iqbal, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Business Administration the seminar was also present Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali, Director of Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).

Professor Rafiqul Islam said that the Department of Business Administration always believes in outcome based learning technique. Dr. Hafiz T. A Khan observed that effective learning & teaching research is an essential component to develop knowledge based resource management. He urged that in Bangladesh, quality of higher education must be ensured.
