The Team of the department of Tourism and Hospitality Management of faculty of Business and Economics of Daffodil International University (DIU) have successfully qualified the second round and moves to Final Round of 1st Youth Tourism Skills Competition among tourism students on “Social, Cultural & Economic impacts of sustainable tourism in Bangladesh”. The DIU team comprised with Md. Mahbub Sharif, Md. Monsurul Alam and Md. Robiul Awal Rony. They are going to be a proud contestant in the Grand Finale along with University of Dhaka , AIUB and National Hotel and Tourism Training Institute to be held on 29th August, 2015 at the International Convention City, Bashundhara Dhaka, Bangladesh in the last day of Asian Tourism Fair.In this competition the students are going to demonstrate their thoughts, knowledge and future planning to work for the tourism and hospitality trade with sustainability. 12 University team participated in this competition.
