In order to gain knowledge and learn practical experience of learning how to cook, maintaining food hygiene, serving and communicating in English in real life, the students of 5th Batch of Tourism and Hospitality Management arranged the event on "Practical Application of Learning how to Cook and Serve in English" under the supervision of Lecturer, Sushmita Rani, Department of English on August 11, 2015 at Start Up Restaurant. Professor Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam, Honorable Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman, Emeritus Professor, Mr. Mohamed Emran Hossain, Director (Administration), Professor Dr. Engr. A. K. M. Fazlul Hoque, Registrar, Mr. Mahbub Parvez, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management were present as the guests in the program.
