To boost up and invigorate the faculties and administration personnel, Daffodil International University holds two individual meetings with all of its faculty member and administrative personnel on July 05, 2015 and July 6, 2015 respectively. Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Honorable Chairman, Board of Trustees, Professor Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman, Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Yousuf M. Islam, Executive Director, HRDI, Professor Dr. Md. Golam Rahman, Honorable Pro-Vice Chancellor and Mr. Hamidul Haque Khan Murad, Treasurer of Daffodil International University addressed the meeting. Prof. Dr. Engr. A K M Fazlul Haque, Registrar, Daffodil International University conducted the meeting.
In the meeting Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Honorable Chairman, Board of Trustees announced the name of Prof. Dr. Yousuf M. Islam, Professor, Software Department as the newly appointed Vice Chancellor and introduced him officially.

While addressing among the employees Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Honorable Chairman, Board of Trustees stressed on to increase the overall team spirit of DIU and urged everyone to work devotedly as well as with great responsibility from his own place of work as an institution. If the institution grows up and hence you’re individual position automatically will also be up.
He also urged everyone to concentrate and focus about permanent campus from now and on as the permanent campus has been equipped and flourished with all sorts of requisites and facilities for quality and standard education.

Praising the employee’s integrity Mr. Khan said there is no place of dishonesty in the surroundings of Daffodil International University which is our one of the key strengths.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman said, The University achieved top ranking position due to your combined effort under the leadership of Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Board of Trustees and all credit goes to you and you must uphold and maintain the best level of services as we now DIU IS a fast growing university of the country. From now and on we will have to be very careful and test all the activities to continue the trend of progress. He urged the employees to achieve the professional expertise through practicing the ethical issues in work.

Addressing the meeting Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Golam Rahman said, everyone should be accountable from his place of work. Praising the integrity of employees of the university he said, effective team work, contribution and collaborative attitude of the employees are the main strength of the university to uphold this leading position. He urged the employees to create excellence situations to attract outsiders around the globe.
