Newly enrolled students of Real Estate Department along with the distinguished guests at the orientation program
The Freshers' Reception and Orientation Program of Summer -2015 of the department of Real Estate under the Faculty of Business and Economics of Daffodil International University was held on 24 June 2015 Daffodil Tower -5. Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. M. Golam Rahman was present in the orientation program as chief guest. Presided over by Mr. Sheikh Abdur Rahim, Head of the department, the function was also addressed by Prof. Rafiqul Islam, Dean, FBE, Prof. Dr. Golam Mowla Choudhury, Controller of Examinations & Proctor, Visiting Professor Dr. Mizanur Rahman, Visiting Professor Dr. Zahid Hossain Prodhan and Managing Director, Alien Properties & Former Treasurer, REHAB Mr. Mizanur Rahman Dewan.
While addressing Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. M. Golam Rahman highlighted on the increasing demand of houses at home & abroad for the people and the role of the real estate graduates of DIU in this regard.
Dean, FBE, DIU Professor Rafiqul Islam tried to motivate the students by providing information from English & Bangle Literature. Controller of Examinations & Proctor Prof. Dr. Golam Mowla Choudhury emphasized on the disciplinary rules & regulations of the university and he also advised the students to maintain these disciplinary rules & regulations of the university. Visiting Professor Dr. Mizanur Rahman highlighted on the relationship between academic institution and corporate organization to ensure quality education. Visiting Professor Dr. Zahid Hossain Prodhan gave an idea to develop one-tier, two-tier and three-tier Dhaka City to meet the emerging housing needs of the people. Managing Director, Alien Properties & Former Treasurer, REHAB Mr. Mizanur Rahman Dewan tried to motivate the students by providing his long practical experiences in the real estate sector of Bangladesh.In this regard, he explained a journey of a real estate project using multimedia PowerPoint presentation in front of the audiences in the program.
The newly admitted students of Summer-2015 semester in the department of Real Estate, Faculty of Business and Economics, DIU were welcomed with flower stick and DIU Bag in the beginning of the program.
