DIU VC accords floral reception to newly appointed Chairman, of the University Grants Commission (UGC)
Prof. Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman, Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University accorded floral reception to Prof. Dr. A. K. Azad Chowdhury, newly appointed Chairman, University Grants Commission ( UGC) today while visiting with him at his office as part of his (UGC Chairman) invitation . They exchanged views between themselves on various issues including current state and future plan of DIU. Prof. Dr. Aminul Islam, Emeritus Professor of Daffodil International University also accompanied with him.
A professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology department of Dhaka University, Dr Chowdhury has replaced Prof Nazrul Islam, whose tenure was over on May 6, 2011.
