Winners of Robotics Competition and Members of DIU Robotics Club along with distinguished guests at opening ceremony.
A Robotics competition on Obstacle Avoiding Robot and Opening Ceremony of Daffodil International University Robotics Club organized by Daffodil International University Robotics Club (DIURC) was held Today on March 31, 2015 at DIU Digital Class Room.
Professor Dr. M. Shamsul Alam, Dean of Faculty of Engineering announced the opening of the Club as a chief guest.
Mr. Takayoshi Suzuki from Japan, Professor Dr. Md. Golam Mowla Choudhury, Controller of Examinations, Dr. Md. Fayzur Rahman, Head of EEE Department, Dr. Touhid Bhuiyan, Head of Software Engineering Department was also present at the program.
Around 100 students were participated in 12 teams. Before this competition, DIURC took 5 days training session under the banner “How to make an obstacle avoiding robot” and the training was conducted by Md. Hafizul Imran, President of DIURC & Md. Khaza Faisal Haque, Project Organizer of DIURC along with the support of other committee members and the convener of the club.
The program was conducted by Mr. Kaushik Sarker, Lecturer, Department of Software Engineering of Daffodil International University.
