Career Development Center (CDC) of Daffodil International University holds a Mock Interview Session (5th Round) under regular basis Career Support Program (CSP) with the outgoing graduating students of Daffodil International University to improve their potentiality. The program was held on February 07, 2015 at DIU Media Lab from 10.00 am to 02:00 pm. Ms. Nisbat Anwar, Head of Human Resources, Renata Limited,attended in the said session as HR Expert.
The program was divided by two different parts. First part was Interview session and next part was briefing and identifying errors and mistakes of the students who have participated on the session.Total number of 10 registered participants faced a Mock Interview in a real environment. Their interviews were recorded so that they can see themselves and correct their lacking as well as mistakes. After the interview, in the second session, the chief interviewer passed a long time with the participants and shared different aspects of interview and tried to show them their lacking and give them some important techniques for interview. After the mock interview the interviewers selected the best 3 (three) performers on the basis of their interview. Ms. Sathi Akter, Mr. Md. Enamul Haque Kazi and Mr. Muhammed Mustafa Dewanstood 1st, 2nd and 3rd position respectively and won the best three participants award certificates. At the end of the session the Career Development Center handed over the certificates among theparticipants.
Students were also engaged with various quarries and questions answer session about how toface an interview board. Number of 10 registered students from different disciplines were present on the workshop and they enjoyed the whole session, and it will be very effective for the students those are looking for a good career.
The session end up with the speech of Mr. Syed Maruf Reza, Director of Career development center, Daffodil International University. He also has given some advice and techniques to the participants for the interview and career.
