Daffodil Entrepreneurs Network organized a seminar on “Entrepreneurs MeetUp” recently at Startup Restaurant. Daffodil Entrepreneurs Network is an organization of entrepreneurs and businessmen who have already completed their graduation and post graduation from Daffodil International University. Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Board of Trustees, Daffodil International University and Daffodil Group was present in the seminar as the chief guest. Prof. Dr. M. Luftar Rahman, Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. M. (DIU) and the coordinator of Bangladesh Venture Capital Ltd, Mr. Md. Rashadul Islam were present at the seminar. More than 100 Daffodilian entrepreneurs, businessmen joined the seminar.

Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, as their pioneering guider, adviser, and path-viewer shared with the new entrepreneurs all about the pain and happiness of entrepreneurship describing several parts of his successful story as a present business leader. He offered lots of entrepreneurial opportunities like funding, guiding and consulting for the development of present and upcoming entrepreneurs who have already joined in business. To support them and upcoming entrepreneurs he has presented his new initiatives like Bangladesh Venture Capital Limited (BVCL), Bachelor of Entrepreneurship Development, Startup Market and DIU Incubators etc. In the seminar, he also explicates on lot of effective tips about Entrepreneurship Development, Entrepreneurial Behavior, Angel Investor, Secret of Success, Venture Capitals, Technique of Marketing and Communication Skills and so on.

Prof. Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman,Vice Chancellor of the University became highly impressed and happy to hear the success stories of DIU entrepreneurs. He appreciated the Daffodilian entrepreneurs who have established their own companies and created huge job opportunities in the short time. Some companies have more than 100, 200, 500 and 1000 employee separately.
The Seminar has also covered frequently Question-Answer Session between Mr. Md. Sabur khan and entrepreneurs about the rules, policies, techniques of investment of the venture capital and funding process of different financial institutions. The entrepreneurs were very prompt in the Question-Answer Session.
The Seminar was conducted by DIU Alumnus Mr. Md. Shofiul Alam, CEO of Hypertag Solutions Ltd, and Coordinated by Mr. Md. Sahin Khan, Director of Muktodhara Cooperative Society Ltd; they are DIU alumni and organizers of Daffodil Entrepreneurs Network.
