Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management (THM) and Career Development Center (CDC) of Daffodil International University jointly organized an Industrial Visit recently. The initiative was taken for the graduating students to improve their potentiality in their field through the Industrial Visit. The visit hold on November 27-29, in Sylhet.

A 34 members including 3 faculty members lead by Mr. Mahbub Parvez, Head of Tourism and Hospitality Management (THM) participated in the tour Mr. Prosanjit Saha and Mst.Khadijatul Kobra the faculty member of THM and Mr. Md. Shumsud Doha, Assistant Director of (CDC) also accompanied with the team.

During the Industrial Tour, the students visited RAK Paints Ltd (Madhabpur), Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Golf (Shreemongol) and National Tea Company Limited (Sreemongal) where the respective representatives described and demonstrated their every production processes and services professionally and with cordial gesture and hospitality. This was very much fruitful and interesting for the students learning by Doing.

Besides this, the students and teachers visited many famous places of historical interest, resorts and Mazars, among those Lawachara Rain Forest, Jaflong water fall, Tamabil Land Port, Hazrat Shahajalal and Hazrat Sha Amanat Mazar Sharif which was really remarkable and the whole teamwere enjoyed tour very much.
