Honorable Minister Asaduzzaman Noor, Ministry of Cultural Affairs, Government of People’s Republic of Bangladesh and renowned model Mr. Nobel awarding the Popular Choice “Best Film Award 2014 ” to Students’ of Daffodil International University.
The students of Multimedia and Creative Technology (MCT) participated in a ‘Galopo Chalao Film Banao’ competition at DIU. The media person and writer Mr Anisul Hoque conducted the competition which was organized by GREY. 25 groups participated from DIU and finally the story of MCT students were selected for ‘Short Film Making’ from DIU. GREY conducted the same competition in another nine universities in Bangladesh. The six students (Hasan Jobair, Atiqur Rahman, Anisur Rahman,Tariq Imtiaz, Aman Miah ,Anthony Anik Dessa)of MCT Department tried very hard for making their short film FIRE ESO FARIA in the last two and a half months supported by GREY.

The award giving ceremony held on 29 November 2014 at Block Buster Hall of Jamuna Future Park in presence of Honorable Minister Asaduzzaman Noor, Ministry of Cultural Affairs, Mr Faridur Reza Sagar, Managing Director, Impress Telefilm & Channel I, Mr Anisul Haque, Deputy Editor, The Daily Prothom Alo, and Mr Amitab Reza, Film Director.
