A seminar and workshop titled “Embedded System Design and Robotics” was held on November 18, 2014 at DIU Auditorium (4th floor, Prince Plaza) organized jointly by the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) and PI Labs Bangladesh Ltd (http://www.pilabsbd.com/).
Students along with distinguished guests at the Seminar on “Embedded System Design and Robotics” held at Daffodil International University Auditorium organized by Dept. of EEE
The seminar kicked-off at 10:30 AM with a welcome speech by the Head of EEE department Professor Dr. Fayzur Rahman. Presentations on embedded systems, GSM networks and robotics were given by PI Labs engineers Mr. G.S.M. Rana (research engineer), Mr. Mohammad Redowan (research engineer) and Ms. Alia Rifat (assistant engineer) respectively. At the end of the seminar a demonstration session on Line-tracing robots and a obstacle-detection robots was held. Approximately 70 students of various level and term of the EEE department attended the seminar and workshop.
At the end of the event a crest was presented to PI Labs' Assistant General Manager (Business Development) Mr. Ahasanul Kabir by the Head of EEE department Professor Dr. Fayzur Rahman on behalf of Daffodil International University.
