A Seminar on “Career prospects in Real Estate and the Role of Rakeen Development Company (Bd) Ltd” Jointly organized by the Department of Real Estate, Daffodil International University and Rakeen Development Company (Bd) Ltd. held today at DIU auditorium. Professor Rafiqul Islam, Dean, Faculty of Business and Economics was present at the seminar as the chief guest. Mr. Nehal Ahmed, Chief Marketing Officer, Rakeen Development Company (Bd) Ltd. was present as the special guest. Mr. S M Wahid Bhadhon, Assistant Manager of Rakeen Development Company (Bd) Ltd presented the keynote paper. Professor Dr. M. Mizanur Rahman, Professor of BRE delivered the address of welcome. Mr. Sheikh Abdur Rahim, Head of the Department of Real Estate was chaired of this seminar. Dr. Mostafa Kamal, Advisor, Department of Real Estate, DIU also attended the seminar.

While addressing Mr. Nehal Ahmed said a good thinking is a good seeds. A man can change the country; change the city with Real Estate profession. Honesty, hard work, directions, strategy can change the real estate sector. He hopes that the people want formalin less real estate sector that would be created by the new generation. In our country eighteen hundred real estate companies are established and twelve hundred are enlisted by the REHAB. Real Estate owner is among the top ten richest in the world. This is the noble profession. As a real estate professional a person should dealings customers with honesty, commitment, sincerity, because when people trust him then they will provide the responsibility to build the house where that family will leave. So real estate personnel play a vital role to build the house properly. He also said in this sector there are lots of opportunities to explore the career.
Professor Dr. M. Mizanur Rahman said, Rakeen Development Company (Bd) Ltd. mainly Dubai based company and they are interested to work with Daffodil International University. DIU students will get the opportunity to do the internship and employment at this company.
