To promote research, teaching quality and exchange program Daffodil International University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with University Sains Malaysia (USM) on September 23, 2014 at the closing ceremony of Asia–Pacific University–Community Engagement Network (APUCEN) Summit 2014.
Prof. Dato' Dr. Omar Kaman, Vice Chancellor, University Sains Malaysia and Prof. Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman, Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University are seen to exchange the MoU.
Prof. Dato' Dr. Omar Kaman, Vice Chancellor, University Sains Malaysia and Prof. Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman, Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University signed the MoU on behalf of their respective institutions. Mr. Md. Emran Hossain, Director (Administration,) Daffodil International University was also present during the MoU signing ceremony. University Sains Malaysia is one of the best universities in Asia.
This MoU aims and form of co-operation on: Students visit and Exchange programs,
Visits by academic and technical staff for the purposes of research, teaching and development, research collaboration in areas of mutual interest to both parties, information exchange, including library materials, internet publications and research publications and any other activities/projects that shall be mutually identified and agreed by both Parties at a later stage.
