Daffodil International University achieved membership of Asia-Pacific University-Community Engagement Network (APUCEN), for the first time in the history of Bangladeshi universities on September 23, 2014 at the closing ceremony of Asia-Pacific University-Community Engagement Network (APUCEN) summit-2014.

The Asia–Pacific University –Community Engagement Network (APUCEN) is a regional network of higher education institutions, organizations and corporate bodies that strive to make positive transformation in the community through collaborative effort.
It provides an ideal platform for all APUCEN members to meet and network partnership and collaboration at the international level. The summit also aims to promote greater networking with relevant stakeholders such as government agencies, corporate, NGO’s, multinational corporation (MNC) in Asia and Pacific Region.
