Speakers at the seminar on “Private Initiative for development of quality education and skilled management” said, it is not possible to meet the increasing demands of education of the country without private initiative. To achieve and ensure quality education they stressed on the development of education without discrimination and integrated education, modern and international standard syllabus, ensuring appointment of quality and professionally devoted teachers and their proper remuneration. They also opined that students practical life oriented and social development education system not yet gained momentum in Bangladesh. They also proposed to implement neutral Education Authority or form Accreditation Council to ensure quality education.

Addressing as the chief guest Professor Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman, advised the teachers to stress on developing the morale Characters, social values of the students through education, skills and changing attitude besides quality education. He urged the initiators of the institutions to come forward to develop the quality education and said only smooth educational environment can ensure the quality education.

As the presidential address Mr. Khondoker Abdus Salam said, Education exerts a direct influence on the productive capacities of the country which largely determines the level of economic development and its ability to compete in the global economy. He urged the teachers to provide adequate knowledge to the students to prepare themselves to fit for job market. He said, now a days technology made the education more effective, and interesting. He urged the teachers to be more technology friendly. He stressed on Open Education Resources, Art of Living and high social values to ensure quality education.
