A team of the Board of Accreditation for Engineering & Technical Education (BAETE) of Institute of Engineers of Bangladesh visited Daffodil International University on 14th, 15th, and 17th of the November for the Accreditation of the Department of Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering. The team led by Prof. Dr.A.B.M Harun-ur-Rashid( Chairman), Prof. Alamgir Mujibul Haque( Member), Dr. Ziaur Rahman( Member), Engr. Abul Kalam Azad( Member).
During their visit they held a discussion with DIU Management, visited Labs, Library and IT office, department office, Sports and health facilities, class rooms, admission office, offices of the registrar and the controller (or equivalent), accounts office, placement center (CDC), cafeteria, etc They also held discussion with the ETE faculty members, students and support staff. They held a Final meeting with the DIU Management to explain the strengths and weaknesses of the concerned program.
