A two member high Powered delegation team of Bournemouth University, UK made   an official visit to Daffodil International University on September 21, 2012. The members of the delegation team comprised with Ms. Rachel Sunderland, Acting Senior Marketing Manager (International Pathway) and Ms. Sophie Larder, Acting International Officer (South Asia) of Bournemouth University. They called on Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Board of Trustees, Daffodil International University at his office.

Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain, Registrar, Daffodil International University, Mr. Mohammd Nuruzzaman, Executive Director, Daffodil Institute of IT (DIIT), Md. Anowar Habib Kazal, Assistant Director (Public Relations), Mr. Ahmed Shamim Ansary, Sr. Administrative Officer, Ms. Ashrafun Naeema, Officer (International Affairs) were also present in the discussion.

They exchanged opinions and views on various educational aspects of mutual interest specially   exchange of teachers, researchers and students between Daffodil International University and Bournemouth University. They also exchanged views regarding enhancement of cooperation to promote joint collaborative research.
