Department of Law of Daffodil International University organized a seminar on "Intellectual Property Law & its Role in Socioeconomic Development” on 20th October 2012 at DIU auditorium. Founder Vice Chancellor & Emeritus Professor of Daffodil International University Dr Aminul Islam was the Chief Guest in the seminar. Keynote speaker of the seminar was Mr SM Enamul Hoque, Deputy Director, Department of Patents, Designs and Trademarks (DPDT), Ministry of Industries, Government of Bangladesh. Presided over by Ms Farhana Helal Mehtab, Head, Department of Law, Daffodil International University the seminar was addressed by Prof. Dr. Shusil Kumar Das, Dean (acting), Faculty of Humanities & Social Science. The Seminar was ended after the question/answer session where students of law & law faculty members participated.
