Mr. Safikul Islam Shamim, an alumnus from the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication (JMC), Daffodil International University (DIU), appointed as a Chief Reporter at ATN Bangla on August, 2022. He completed his BSS & MSS in Journalism and Mass Communication (JMC) in 2012 & 2014 respectively from Daffodil International University.
The Dept. Head of JMC said, “Mr Shamim is one of our best in the history of JMC. He continued to ride the ladder of success, and it is one of many success stories from the JMC corner of DIU. As an alumnus, he always kept in touch with the department and his juniors. He also guided the department with his current industry knowledge.
