Prof. Dr. S M Mahbub Ul Haque Majumder, Pro Vice-Chancellor of Daffodil International University and the President of Kyungdong University Global of Soth Korea Prof. Dr. John Lee exchanging documents of agreement regarding student-teacher exchange and improving the quality of technical education.

With a view to student-teacher exchange and improving the quality of technical education Daffodil International University (DIU) signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with South Korean Kyungdong University Global. The agreement (MoU and MoA) was signed today on June13 (Monday) at Daffodil International University's Campus at Ashulia in Dhaka. Prof. Dr. S M Mahbub Ul Haque Majumder, Pro Vice-Chancellor of Daffodil International University and the President of Kyungdong University Global of South Korea Prof. Dr. John Lee signed the MoU & MoA on behalf of their respective institutions.

During the signing ceremony, the head of the Department of Smart Computing at Kyungdong University Global, Associate Professor. Dr. Md. Nur Alam, Director of the Korean University Admission Center Ms. Julia Jung, Marketing Manager of Kyungdong University Global, Mr. Tommy, Director of International Affairs of DIU, Professor Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain, and other faculty deans and teachers and officials were present.

Pro Vice-Chancellor of Daffodil International University Prof. Dr.  SM Mahbub Ul Haque Majumder said, "We want to take this journey of interaction to a greater extent so that our students can benefit." Kyungdong University Global President Dr. John Lee praised the activities of Daffodil International University. He said the definition of leadership in the present era has changed. The university must create all kinds of opportunities for globalization for its students. Through this agreement the students will definitely get better opportunities than before.

Dr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Board of Trustees of Daffodil International University virtually joined the program and expressing his gratitude said, the agreement opened a new door for higher education between Bangladesh and South Korea. Through this agreement, teachers and students will be able to match themselves in the culture, history and education friendly environment of the two countries. Simultaneously, we will be able to present a complete technology-friendly learning environment for students mutually discussing technical issues among ourselves. He urged all to take proper steps to implement this agreement.
