Every year, the Ministry of Education announces the best teachers of the country based on different categories during the education week. This year the ministry of education officially announced the names of the best teachers of 2022. Daffodil International University accorded special reception to the best teachers of the country of 2022 selected in a multi-stage competition based on various merits. The reception program was held today (Saturday) on August 20, at Daffodil Smart City in Ashulia, Dhaka by inviting the best teachers through a special event.
Daffodil International University accorded reception to the best Principal of the country - Professor Dr. Md. Rezaul Karim, Principal- Manikganj Govt. Devendra College; besides Dr. A. K. M. Sayeed Hassan of Savar Government College of Dhaka, Mrs. Selina Akhter of Uzirpur Govt. WB Union Model Institution, Barisal: Reazul Islam Reaz of Sagardi Islamia Kamil Madrasa, Barisal and Mr. Paban Kumar Sarkar of Parbatipur Govt. Technical School and College, Dinajpur were accorded reception as the best teachers of the country. The event was presided over by Professor Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman, Vice-Chancellor of Daffodil International University (DIU). Professor Dr. S. M. Mahbub-ul-Haque Majumder, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Mr. Md. Mominul Haque Majumder, Treasurer, Prof. Dr. Mostafa Kamal, Dean of Academic Affairs, Mr. A M M Hamidur Rahman, Dean, FHSS, Professor Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain, Dean, FSIT, Dr. Md. Touhid Bhuyan, Head, Department of CSE and other teachers of various faculties and a large number of students were present at the program.
While addressing DIU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman said, we are happy and proud to honor the best teachers in our country and our students and teachers also have a lot to learn from them. He also said,Daffodil International University has been trying to contribute to the education sector of Bangladesh for the past few years in an effort to produce entrepreneurs and competent leaders for the country. There is currently no alternative to providing quality education through a variety of learning strategies, best practices and maintaining good relationships with students in a student-friendly environment. For this this institution has been trying to maintain relations with other educational institutions and people associated with education, he added.
Being selected as the best Principal Prof. Dr. Md. Rezaul Karim said, we need to make our learning methods more modern for students. He expressed his gratitude towards Daffodil International University to accord reception to him.
