Mr. Ahemd Munirus Saleheen, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment is addressing as the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony of ‘Career in Japan Expo’ organized at Daffodil International University by Global Recruiting Agency.

Japan has been open its’ job market and more easy for Bangladeshi job seekers and to grip this opportunity Global Recruiting Agency- a sister concern of Daffodil Family organized a day-long program titled ‘Career in Japan Expo’ today on 5 October 2019. In association with Career Development Center (CDC), Skill Jobs, Daffodil International Professional Training Institute (DIPTI) and Daffodil Japan IT the Expo was organized at 71 Milonayoton of Daffodil International University.
Mr. Ahemd Munirus Saleheen, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment inaugurated the expo as the chief guest while Mr. Md. Mojibur Rahman, Director, Immigration of Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET) was present as the Special Guest. Presided over by Dr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Board of Trustees and Founder of Daffodil International Univerisity, the program was also addressed by Mohammad Nuruzzaman, CEO of Daffodil Family and Rathindranath Das, Executive Director of Daffodil International Professional Training Institute (DIPTI).
After the inaugural session a seminar titled ‘Career in Japan : Facts and Opportunities’ held where Quazi Abed, Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment presented the keynote paper. In the seconf session a  seminar on “Manner , LifeStyle  and Culture in Japan was held where Mr. Jahangir Alam, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment presented keynote paper. Besides this,  Yuki Marisita, Specialist of JIKA, Ahbadul Yousuf Khan, Economic Specialist of Japan Embassy, K M Alamgir, Associate Professor, department of EEE, DIU, Professor Mohammad Abdullah Khan, secretary general of Japanese Universities Alumni Association in Bangladesh also spoke in the daylong expo.

While addressing as the chief guest, Ahemd Munirus Saleheen said that 100 million Bangladeshi people working in various countries of the world. They send us around 16 billion dollar remittance in every year. In spite of all these, we couldn’t make a brand image in the global arena. Some of Bangladeshi people involves with unethical activities in foreign countries which damages our reputation. Some of them have also problem in attitude and behavioral activities. So tis’ not our only duty to send people in foreign countries, rather we have responsibilities also to prepare and develop them as skilled as required before migration.   
Ahemd Munirus Saleheen also said that government is doing a lot to produce skilled manpower. Recruiting agencies also have responsibilities beside the government, he added. He thanked Global Recruiting Agency to arrange this career expo.
Dr. Md. Sabur Khan said in his presidential speech that public and private organizations have to be worked all together for sending skilled manpower in foreign countries. Government has taken massive initiatives to produce skilled manpower which is a remarkable sign.
He urged the young people, not to be hurried for migrate in foreign countries; rather make yourself as a skilled person. He advised the young people to choose a country first and then to learn its creed, culture and language, he added.
