“Economic and Business Relations betweenTurkey and Bangladesh”

A seminar on Economic and Business Relations between Turkey and Bangladesh was held today on April 4, 2012 at the auditorium of Daffodil International University organized by Faculty of Business and Economics and Career Development Center of Daffodil International University. Mr. Kamal Ahmed, Vice President, Turkey Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TBCCI) was present as the chief guest in the seminar. The seminar was presided over by Prof. Dr. M. Lutfar Rahaman, Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University and was addressed by Professor Rafiqul Islam, Dean, Faculty of Business and Economics, Murat Karaca General Secretary of TBCCI, Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim, Bayram Kocabas, President of Turkish Club DIU, Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim and Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed.

Addressing as the chief guest, Mr. Kamal Ahmed said, Turkey now holds the second fastest growing economics in the world and number one in Europe beating Germany and France. He said, there are very close similarities and long traditional relation between Turkey and Bangladesh in perspective of Religion, culture, business and economics. He urged the students to work hard instead of gossiping (Adda) to be succeeding in life and learn more about Turkey and their business and economics to make an equal bond of friendship and cooperation.
