Seminar on “Mitigating Sexual Harassment by Awareness and Shared Narratives” was held at the Auditorium of Uttara Campus of Daffodil International University on 30 July, 2019 organized by the Proctorial Committee, Uttara Campus to address the students’ of this Campus to lessen such unwanted situations in the campus premises and outside.
Prof. Dr. Farhana Helal Mehtab, Associate Dean of Faculty of Humanities and Social Science delivered the keynote speech in the seminar. In her instructional speech, Dr. Farhana Helal Mehtab urged the students to develop themselves as a respected and a person with strong personalities and to raise their voices against any sorts of eve teasing .

The speakers urged the students to be aware and to protect minimum assault by sharing among classmates & friends and assured that Proctorial Committee, being committed to all the students, would work together for a harmonious and harass-free campus.
