Mr. Jeffrey Alderman, the President and CEO of The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) visited Department of Business Administration, FBE, DIUon 12 March, 2019.Professor Dr. S. M. Mahbub Ul Haque Majumder, Honorable Pro-Vice Chancellor, DIU;Professor Dr. Mohammed Masum Iqbal, Dean, FBE; Mr. Gouranga Chandra Debnath, Head, Department of Business Administration along with other senior faculty memberswelcomed him to DIU and had a meeting to discuss the accreditation process. In the meeting, Dr. Masum Iqbalgave a presentation on the activities of the department. Mr. Jeffrey minutely looked on all the resources of teaching and learning used by the department including classrooms, labs etc.Later, in the discussion session he appreciated and expressed satisfaction towards the current operations of the department in line with the accreditation requirements. Furthermore, Mr. Alderman expressedhis willingness to serve the department for further development, if needed.In the end, Mr. Gouranga Chandra Debnath, Head, Department of Business Administration gave vote of thanks to the guests and other senior faculty members present in the meeting.
