Mr. Ashiqul Islam Akand, Entreprise Architect & Senior Project Manager of Data Soft Systems Bangladesh Ltd. addressing as the keynote speaker at the seminar on ‘IOT Research’ held at Daffodil International University organized by Department of Computer Science in association with Computer Programming Club.
Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) in association with Computer Programming Club (CPC) of Daffodil International University organized a seminar on ‘IOT Research’ yesterday on 5th February, 2019 at 71 Milonayoton of the University. Mr. Ashiqul Islam Akand, Entreprise Architect & Senior Project Manager of Data Soft Systems Bangladesh Ltd. was present at the seminar as the keynote speaker. Dr. Sheak Rashed Haider Noori, Associate Professor and Associate Head, Department of CSE, Professor Dr. Md. Ismail Jabiullah, Professor, Department of CSE were also present at the seminar.
While conducting the seminar Mr. Ashiqul Islam Akand said that research of internet of things that we called IOT is not starting in a large scale yet in Bangladesh. If we want to make our country as digital country, we have to enhance the IOT research. Developed country of world already been reached the top level in IOT research. We will have also spread IOT research like them but not copied them. We should emphasis on our local problem to IOT research.
Mr. Ashiqul Islam Akand also said that we have lot of opportunity to use IOT research in agriculture, healthcare, energy and power, manufacturing sector etc. Our young student are too much meritorious. They pushed our country into a developed country with their merit. He added.
