Orientation and Farewell Program for the newly enrolled International Students of Fall–2018 semester of Daffodil International University was held on 28th October, 2018 at Banquet Hall of the university. Newly enrolled 49 international Students of Fall Semester–2018 and recently passed out graduation completed 51 international students in different subjects were present in the program. The newly admitted students came from different countries (Somalia, Nigeria, Nepal, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Afghanistan etc.).The program was divided by three segment:Firstly part of the program was Origination program secondly part of the program was Farewell program for the recently degree completed students and thirdly a culture program performed by the international students.
Professor Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam, Vice Chancellor of Daffodil International University was presentin the programas the chief guest while Dr. Kassim Hagi Hossain, Somali Guest was present in the program as special guest. Beside this Professor Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain, Director of International Affairs, Mr. Md. Maruf Chowdhur, Assistant Registrar and Mr. Md. LazminurAlam, Senior Student Counselor werealso present at the program.
