Career Development Center (CDC) of Daffodil International University (DIU) and My Outsourcing Limited jointly organized ‘Spot Recruitment’ program at Banquet Hall of DIU on 10 October 2018. Mr. Mohammed Nuruzzaman, Chief Executive Officer of Daffodil Family was present in the program as the chief guest. Mr. Rayeed Hossain, Director of My Outsourcing Limitedwas present as the resource Person in the program. Mr. Abu Taher Khan, Director, CDC of DIU was presided over the program. Beside this Ms. Sabrina Hossain, Senior HR Manager of My Outsourcing Limited, Mr. SarderMoin Uddin, Senior Manager, Mr. Md. Rafid Karim, Project Executive and Ms. Afroza Tahsin Lubna, Project Executive were also present in the program.
Aiming to spot recruitment of various positions including customer service and trainee officer, My Outsourcing Limited arranged this program especially for the students of Daffodil International University.More than 50 interested students dropped their Resume on the spot and took part in Viva test just after the program. Successful candidates will be asked for a training program which will be conduct by Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP) of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh and training passed candidates will get appointment letter.

Addressing as chief guest Mr. Mohammed Nuruzzaman said, BPO is the most potential sector in Bangladesh now. Agriculture, Readymade Garments, Remittance and BPO is now largest contributing sector in the economy of Bangladesh. So it’s the right time to build career in BPO.
He also said that Daffodil International University is conducting various course and programs in regular basis to provideskilled students for future demand. Not only provides certificate but build an unemployment free country is the main target of Daffodil International University.
While addressing as the resource person Mr. Rayeed Hossain said that My Outsourcing Limited is running from 2012. Now it is gradually expanded. So we need lot of human resource. My Outsourcing Limited is working with the client in home and abroad. That is why My Outsourcing Limited has arranged this recruitment program at Daffodil International University.
