Mr. Sheikh Mohammad Shafiul Islam, Associate Professor and Dr. Towfique-E-Elahi, Assistant Professor, Department of Journalism and Mass Communication of Daffodil International University have left for Colombo in Sri Lanka today on July 04, 2018 to represent the Department as well as Daffodil International University in the Global Conference on Journalism and Mass Communication scheduled to be held on 5-6 July 2018. Daffodil International University is the academic partner of the global media conference. In the conference the aforesaid faculty members would present their academic paper and chair technical session on political communication.
The Global Conference on Journalism and Mass Communication 2018 (Global Media '18) has been organized to create a platform for researchers, practitioners, scientists and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Journalism and Mass Communication. Mr. Sheikh Mohammad Shafiul Islam and Dr. Towfique-E-Elahi would accomplish entrusted responsibilities there.
