Azmir Hasan (Department of Architecture) and Mohashinur Rahman (Department of  Business Administration), two students of Daffodil International University and the team members of the winning team “This Ability” which won   the leadership program titled 'Agragami 2017', receiving the award from distinguished guests. 

“This Ability” is the winning team of the leadership program titled 'Agragami 2017', jointly organized by Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dhaka (MCCI, Dhaka), and Common Purpose, UK. The Grand Finale of this program held on 13 May 2018 at International Convention City, Bashundhara (Gulnaksha), Dhaka. Two students of Daffodil International University,  Azmir Hasan (Department of Architecture) and Mohashinur Rahman (Department of  Business Administration) were the team members of the winning team.  Zaman Wahid (Software Engineering Department) was also the team member of the Runner up team named “Meena’s 3rd wish”.

Sir Fazle Hasan Abed, KCMG, the founder and Chairman of BRAC was present as the chief guest while Mrs. Laila Rahman Kabir, Managing Director, Kedarpur Tea Co. Ltd, Dr. Mohammed Farash Uddin, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, East West University, Mr. M Anis Ud Dowla, the Chairman of ACI Limited were present as the special guests. Ms. Nihad Kabir, President of MCCI, Dhaka presided over the session. Professor Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam, Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University also attended the grand finale with 86 representative students and officials from Daffodil International University.
“Agragami”- Frontrunner was an intensive four-day leadership program to develop students’ leadership skills and confidence. The aim of the program was to give students access to leaders and organizations in their city, helping them to understand their context and unlock the key leadership skills needed for today’s workplace. 13 students from different departments of Daffodil International University joined the leadership program.
