Visitors are enjoying the exhibition of students of Architecture department of Daffodil International University organized at Gyantapas Abdur Razzaq Bidyapeeth with great enthusiasm
Daffodil International University in association with Friedrich Naumann Stiftung: Für die Frieheit and Bengal Practice Studio organized student’s project exhibition on “Urban Mobility: Design for Pedestrian” from May 08 at Gyantapas Abdur Razzaq Bidyapeeth.
Participants are the students of Department of Architecture from Daffodil International University, State University of Bangladesh, Bangladesh University, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), University of Asia Pacific. The two-day exhibition was initiated with a Seminar and the discussion topic concentrated on the traffic and pedestrian consideration in mass transit design.
Then Students of Design Studio VII, Department of Architecture of Daffodil International University presented their class project before the audience. Architect Swarajit Bony from BUET shared his final year thesis project on walkable city at Rajshahi. Architect Rashed Chowdhury (Founding Partner, Dehsar Works) shared their urban project commissioned by DSCC, Dhaka and presented their ideas currently they are working in.
