Professor Dr. AKM Fazlul Haque
Daffodil International University proudly announces that Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP) has selected Professor Dr. AKM Fazlul Haque, Director, Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Associate Dean, Faculty of Engineering, DIU as Member of the AUAP Quality Assurance Team. His working areas will be focusing on the task of producing an accreditation instrument for use in accrediting international programmes of college and universities all over the world. It may be cited that QA Working Team consisting of a 7-member high profile and globally acclaimed quality assurance experts from the Association of the Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP) visited Daffodil International University (DIU) during 9-12 February 2018.
AUAP is an association of university chief executives from higher education institutions in Asia Pacific and around the world. The association was found and established by representatives of universities in the Asia and Pacific region assembled in conference at Suranaree University of Technology, NakhornRatchasima, Thailand, on 28 July 1995.The primary purpose of AUAP is to be the main platform for interaction and collaboration among members and the voice of universities in Asia and the Pacific.
The involvement of Professor Dr. Haque with AUAP QA Team will surely elevate the image of the country in Quality Assurance (QA) in higher education institutes (HEIs) domain. Daffodil International University congratulates Professor Dr.Haque for being selected in carrying out global QA activities, under such prestigious organization.
