To bridge the gap between theory and practice related to supply chain management before the future leaders, today’s leaner’s, Human Resource Development Institute (HRDI) and Faculty of Business & Economics (FBE) of Daffodil International University ( DIU) in association with Bangladesh Supply Chain Council (BSCC) organized a seminar on “Employers’ Expectations and Career Opportunities in Supply Chain Management” on 8 April 2018 at 71 Milonayaton of the university. Mr. Atiqul Islam, Former President of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) was the chief guest in the seminar. Professor Dr. S.M. Mahbub-ul Haque Majumder, Acting Vice-Chancellor, DIU presided over the seminar.
The speakers of the seminar were Mr. Muin Uddin Mazumder, Managing Director, Sanofi Bangladesh Limited; Mr. Aminur Rahman, Supply Chain Director, Unilever Bangladesh Limited; Mr. Hemi Hossain, International Speaker, Australia; Mr. Raquibul Alam, Supply Chain Director, Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited; and Mr. Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmed, Chief Human Resources Officer, KAFCO.
