Seminar on ‘Creating Leaders for the 4th Industrial Revolution’ and MoU Signed between Dept of Entrepreneurship & Toru Institute of Inclusive Innovation at Daffodil International University on 22 March 2018 at 71 Milonayoton of Daffodil International University. The session was conducted by Mr. Zaved Parvez, Vice President, Resourcing & Employers' Branding, Robi, Mr.Monsurul Aziz, Head of Enterprise Design, Toru Institute of Inclusive Innovation, and Mr.ShafayetMansoorRana, Film Maker, Creative Director and Sr. Lecturer of Department of Business Administration, DIU.

 

 Professor Dr. Engr. A. K. M. Fazlul Hoque, Registrar of DIU and Mr. Monsurul Aziz, Head of Enterprise Design, Toru Institute of Inclusive Innovation exchanging MoU documents signed between the two organization. 

 

On the other hand Professor Dr. Engr. A. K. M. Fazlul Hoque, Registrar of DIU and Mr. Monsurul Aziz, Head of Enterprise Design, Toru Institute of Inclusive Innovation signed on the agreement on behalf of their respective organization.
According to the agreement, Toru Institute of Inclusive Innovation will arrange seminar and workshop to express new innovation and business idea among the students. Toru will also arrange idea competition and recruit a campus ambassador.
The speakers expressed that we are at the advent of 4th industrial revolution which will be dominated by the entrepreneurs, technopreneurs and data scientists. They appreciated different initiatives taken by the Department of Entrepreneurship, Daffodil International University, which is creating future business leaders of the country. Mohammad Shibli Shahriar, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Entrepreneurship, also shared his views that there is no alternative to becoming entrepreneurs as researchers predict that more than 60 percent of future jobs will come from startups and small businesses. The students along with the faculty members of different departments were also present in the workshop.
