Aiming to ensure smooth publication of all sorts in–house research paper, journals and books of Daffodil International University, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between Daffodil International University and Dr. Mustaq Ibn Aiub aiming to establish Daffodil International University Press (DIUP) today on 21 March 2018. Professor Dr. Engr. A. K. M. Fazlul Hoque, Registrar, DIU and Dr. Mustaq Ibn Aiub signed on the agreement on behalf of their respective organization. Dr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr. S M Mahabub Ul Haque Majumder, Vice Chancellor,Hamidul Haque Khan, Treasurer, Dr. Milon Khan, Librarian of Daffodil International University were present at the ceremony.
According to the agreement all research paper and journal of DIU, books that written by teachers and students of DIU and other foreign books, journals and magazines will be published and sold through Daffodil International University Press (DIUP) from now. Beside this, DIUP will sign agreement with other universities and presses to open the way of outsourcing. Dr. Mustaq Ibn Aiub will act as founder advisor and executive of DIUP as per the agreement.
Daffodil International University believes that it’s very important for a university to have an individual press section of its own to maintain international quality and keep high quality of research work, it’s very important to publish it properly. To fulfill this aim Daffodil International University has taken initiative to establish Daffodil International University Press (DIUP).
