Department of Pharmacy, Daffodil International University organized a workshop on “Curriculum development to ensure OBTL”under Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)on 14th March,Wednesday, 2018, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Digital Class Room, 2nd Floor, Daffodil Tower. Prof. Dr. S.M. Mahbub Ul Haque Majumder, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Daffodil International University was present at the workshop as chief guest.
Professor Syeda Tahmina Akhter, Director, Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Dhaka was the resource person at the workshop. She highlighted the importance of curriculum development and showed the way of formation of curriculumto ensure outcome based teaching learning (OBTL) with pertinent example. Professor Dr. Mahbub Ahsan Khan, Quality Assurance Specialist, QAU, University Grants Commission and Professor Dr. A. K. M. Fazlul Haque, Director, IQAC, Daffodil International University were present as special guest. Dr. Mahbub also opined that curriculum should be developed on the basis of vision, mission and objective of the department. Dr. Sk. Abdul Kader Arafin, Additional Director, IQAC, Daffodil International University, all the faculty members and few alumni of the Department were present in the workshop. The program was presided over by Md. Mustafezur Rahman, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Pharmacy, Daffodil International University.
