Members of top level delegation team from Japan along with faculty members and students of CSE Department pose for a photograph at the seminar on life and work for IT engineers in Japan during their visit to Daffodil International University.

 

A delegation team from Japan visited the Department of Computer Science and Engineering on Sunday 17 September 2017 and gave a seminar on life and work for IT engineers in Japan. Among the delegations Mr Yasuaki Sugita, Managing Director of LinkStaff Japan, Mr Hiroyuki Tachibana of LinkStaff, Mr Md Shaheen Madbar of Sunkoshi Manpower Services of Japan, Mr Yojiro Fujiwara, General Manager of Padeco, Japan and Mr Hiroki Watanabe, Managing Director of Ekmattara Entreprenurs Ltd along with Engg Md Golam Sarwar, Manager, ITEE Exam from Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) were present. Professor Syed Akhter Hossain, Head, Department of CSE welcomed the delegations in front of teachers and final year students present in the seminar. Mr Hiroyuki Tachibana and Mr Yasuaki Sugita gave a presentation on the Japan life and works and opportunities for the young IT graduates along with the upcoming demands in the Japan market. He mentioned that in coming time Japan needs more that 200,000 IT professionals to support IT based business operations and continuous innovation for IT industries in Japan. There is huge growing demand of Artificial Intelligence based system development. Japan is now opening permanent residency for the IT graduates and further legislation is under consideration to facilitate IT engineers for their development in Japan. On behalf of ITEE (Information Technology Engineers Examination), Mr Yojiro Fujiwara, General Manager of Padeco, Japan and Mr Hiroki Watanabe, Managing Director of Ekmattara Entreprenurs Ltd along with Engg Md Golam Sarwar, Manager, ITEE Exam from Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) spoke in the seminar. Mr Hiroki Watanabe described the purpose and goal of ITEE exam in Bangla which created huge interests among the students and faculty members. He encouraged students to sit for the upcoming exam and grab this huge upcoming opportunities in Japan. The student asked questions to the delegation members and its was very lively.
